We’re passionate about helping you access all of your innate intelligence
Meet Stacy Lennon
I’ve spent almost 30 years teaching, coaching, and advising Fortune 500 clients on strategic negotiation, leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, and influence skills. I learned from, and worked alongside, thought leaders from the Harvard Program on Negotiation, CMPartners, Triad Consulting Group, and Vantage Partners. Over the years, I have served global clients in the manufacturing, banking, insurance, energy, and pharma sectors, among others. I have worked with thousands of individuals across organizations that include Microsoft, Intel, Morgan Stanley, Johnson & Johnson, General Mills, Deloitte & Touche, Chevron, Pixar, the World Health Organization, and the Federal Reserve.
I also teach leadership and conflict resolution at Tufts University.
In 2021, during a reset after a health crisis, I had a profound retreat experience that sparked my curiosity about a strange…intelligence… my body seemed to possess that my mind had never noticed. As the facilitator helped me listen in, I was able to cut through months of confusion and take decisive action.
That experience inspired me to study somatics at the Strozzi Institute, and — since horses are exquisite teachers of how to live an embodied, fully somatic life — obtain a certification in equine assisted learning from EAL Academy. I’m working toward a second certification in Equine Guided Education under the tutelage of Ariana Strozzi Mazzucchi.
I hold degrees from MIT and The Fletcher School at Tufts University, and live in a small town northwest of Boston, MA with my husband, two kids, and two dogs.
We can help.
Settle your nervous system
Learning is hard when you’re stressed. Somatics can help your body re-member its way to a more relaxed and open state of being.
Learn to listen
Your body talks to you all the time. We help you learn how to listen to its messages, and thus access your somatic wisdom.
Expand your potential
We help you leverage somatic intelligence to achieve your maximum potential, whether it’s thriving in a new leadership role, prioritizing your own needs, or striking out in a new direction.
